Huff N Trump & Monday Madness
OK, I’m sorry I haven’t written in a few hours but I’ve been really swamped with other crazy stuff. My freedom dream kind of hit of a bump. I have my beautiful bike but she is going back because I was misguided. I was led to believe that I could adapt my bike to operate as an adult tricycle. But doing a little research I found that the stabilization kit is not exactly what we were led to believe it is. Not only that but this beautiful bike sitting on my back porch is too tall and a utter nightmare to mount and dismount. Sitting here on my sofa realizing that my tireless conservation saving and working for my money was not a waste because I can backpedal and get myself a bike that I can trick out and make what I want it to be I just don’t think it’s going to be the trusty Huffy. I will still get my independence and I’m not going to change the name of the dream it just will not reflect the full truth of the situation anymore. Like I should’ve done in the beginning I should have saved up Little bit more and sprung for the adult tricycle and even maybe the folding tricycle because that’s what I’m looking at right now. It’s not as slick and classy as what’s sitting on my back porch but I can definitely make it look good just gonna take a little work which I’m willing to do. I did not keep track of the news the events of yesterday because I was busy at my shopping mall trying to make my dreams come true. And also try to meet a “friend” for lunch and that torpedoed adding exploded on me also because I spent 4 1/2 hours at the campus which I don’t really mind except for it was time wasted that could’ve been spent doing something else. Does not reflect well on his part where he decided to lie and hide now if he was at the campus I never saw him whether he saw me or not and decided to pull out of of the situation without any word that is a pretty cowardly act for someone that will turn 39 years old on August 25 who still lives with his mommy and daddy. And he has $10,000 worth of debt from a past relationship that he’s trying to dig out all of. Needless to say I blocked him on Facebook I blocked his number to both of mine. But the positive end of all this is that I will still be crocheting my little heart out within a matter of weeks or days depending on when #RedheartYarns delivers my order. Now with Penny making a switcheroo I don’t know if I will be creating anything for her or not but I’m definitely going to be creating something this fall. I have a few different yarns all in the “supersaver” category I did not purchase any “supersaver jumbo” because that was just under $9 per skein and as I recall the “Supersaver” is a pretty large skein of material. With regard to my torpedoed lunch date I’m going to chalk it up to a lesson learned because I did find it somewhat disturbing that dude did not pick up the phone when I tried to call him several times but he would text to me. That really does make me wonder if you was watching me from somewhere and I just couldn’t find him. In all honesty it bothers me that someone would be that rude and inconsiderate especially on my turf but I realize that I have more friends than enemies in that campus and that is awesome. Yes I’m disappointed in both situations but I was misled completely in both situations and the lunch date was not my idea surprisingly so that makes me feel a little bit better I didn’t go through all that effort and made to look like a complete ass. My thoughts on Mrs. Trump taking pieces of Mrs. Obama speech. There’s two different scenarios. Either the Trump writing staff plagiarized Michelle’s speech or they used it as a template and edited rewrote some things I will agree that some of what Melania reportedly said was echoes of what Michelle said but I am 1000% certain that Mrs. Trump is not the first person to do such a thing whether she didn’t knowingly or not is another story but right now I’m sure there are other famous people who copycat or sample manipulate whatever you want to collect famous speeches and documents but it is not a good situation for Mr. and Mrs. Trump to be in. I’m sure that the Democrats are going to rip holes and throw stones at Melania and I am certain that there are going to be negative rumblings also that may hurt Mr. Trump in the long run but when you compare Mr. Trump and Mrs. Clinton there is a massive difference. I’m sure that Melania did not break this on her own I’m certain that one of Donald’s ghostwriters took on this challenge and subsequently got the Republican first lady presumptuous into hot water. I think I said this earlier but this is certainly not the first time anyone has been accused of snapping and sampling and copycatting possibly plagiarizing a public speech. Just like every other political/electoral scandal drama this is not the end we still have till November 5. With that I will end this entry and meet you back here for the next chapter.
