Prince — Death Certificate (DOCUMENT)

TMZ has obtained Prince‘s death certificate … which lists, among many other things, his official time of death as 10:07 AM on April 21.

That detail is a little misleading — that’s the time he was pronounced dead by paramedics on scene at Paisley Park. It’s not the time he actually died … since it’s possible the singer had passed away long before authorities arrived.
