After Dark —> Saturday
So Friday evening was going most fabulously until I woke up at 2 something this morning and decided to take a warm bath. Following are the the wonderful soak I went to relax and check on what’s going on in the real world which is always unpredictable. There were some interesting things on Twitter and a few events on Periscope. I do indeed like the new updates on Periscope, though there could be some other improvements. But right now I’m sitting here watching FYI with Pink and that’ll be the weekend with NASCAR so it’s just a typical weekend. Definitely not impressed by the pole sitter this week since it’s Joey Logano. Tomorrow’s race will take place at Michigan International Speedway and it is called the Fire Keepers Casino 400- today’s race is called the Menards 250 presented by Valvoline again Michigan International Speedway. Other than the fact that I’m hanging out with FYI, I will be looking at some things on Pinterest on Tumblr on Twitter just like typical day waiting for life to happen and see what there is to write about because my blogs sometimes contain breaking news and also contain my opinions not just my journaling. So I just decided to flip the channel over to spike, watching my long time love #CopsTV. I started watching that show when I was 11 years old and I don’t know if I’ve ever missed an episode. I am monitoring the Breaking News from Orlando Florida where a young aspiring up-and-coming songbird was for the lack of better words assassinated by a possible stalker at a meet and greet following a concert last night. Christina Grimmie was 22 years old when she passed away last night after being shot-she had been a contestant on the sixth season of NBC’s the voice. It was not a career that I followed it is not a series that I follow I did not know of her until last night. Unfortunately it is beginning to sound like her murder was premeditated and the shooter actually shot himself following shooting Christina even though he had plans to drive back to his residence also in the state of Florida. The situation is still unfolding but it’s something that shocks the entire music community no matter what genre you sing or you listen to. I have spent my afternoon watching television and networking on Facebook. Going to spend a few hours with a friend tonight so I’m charging my 6S. I would preferred to have a fully charged battery pack and that is why I’m using regular power to energize my phone. I don’t know if I mentioned that I did some editing on my Facebook because there was just overcrowding again and there’s important things I want to know about in life in my own community so if there were duplicates on Facebook and Twitter one of the two has been undone. Finally this afternoon Mrs. Garth brooks showed up on Facebook live from Canada and definitely coming up for both her and Garth are new albums in 2017 and she is working on another cookbook which will take another year so maybe 2017 on that. This is kind of abnormal for me to think about right now but I’m somewhat looking forward to the next couple months because of the fact that I’ve gone low to no carb and low sugar. Decided to rearrange my meal plan because I realize I am not exactly tickled pink that I’m at the weight I’m at, decided that I definitely want to lose 20 maybe more pounds. Reason why is that I’m tired of not fitting in the pants I want to fit into and wearing large to extra-large shirts. I do not want to give up my cinnamon or my chocolate or my caffeine so I’m going to have to make the changes gradually and figure out how I can incorporate those items into my daily diet eventually down the road I am going to have one day a week it is a cheat day but that cheat day will not home until I am significantly more slender. Well enough about that for now and I’m going to go relax with miss Pink so I’ll check in later with another update.
