Good Vs Evil

Good Vs Evil
Okay so I’m back with my thoughts on recent news events. I have been posting several things to http://www.facebook.com/SilverReaganPress lately on various topics that I’ve seen on Facebook about the happenings in the recent few days and weeks with the spotlight on Hillary Clinton and the police involved shootings. Whether it’s an officer targeted in an ambush or a citizen victim, it’s obviously not a good thing and it shouldn’t happen. People have their own opinions on the topic and I understand that , but it’s disgusting the number of lives being ended before their time. The ridiculous violence happening in our cities needs to stop but the problem is not the guns, the problem is with the people who are obtaining the weapons. It’s the thugs, the criminals that are getting the guns, knives etc. I’m on the side of the gun owners who are responsible with their firearms. Throughout the day I have been cross posting several articles that have been posted by others about Mr. Alton Sterling of Baton Rouge Louisiana. I know this is a controversial topic because it’s a “racist” issue. Now police officers and suspects/criminals-there is no racism in it in my opinion if you commit a crime and are convicted you have gone and made yourself a convicted criminal whether it be a misdemeanor or a felony, you are a criminal and you deserve to be treated as such. I know there is an investigation into Mr. Sterling’s untimely death but people need to open their eyes to reality of the situation. Mr. Sterling was not a squeaky clean individual. He was a felon he was a sex offender he was the type of man who you wanted living next-door to you. In one of my posts-cross posts, there is a photo of Mr. Sterling with his young children, the children are holding fire arms; I’m guessing those are the weapons or one of the weapons he had concealed on his person at the time of his death. Unfortunately the video does not produce any evidence of what occurred before the struggle and shooting-I’m sure the officers knew about mr. Sterling’s history. I am a very outspoken citizen of the United States who is not afraid to speak her mind without holding back. Once I have gone through what is available about Mr. Sterling and that situation I will continue on to investigate on my own what happened in Minnesota. Then I will take that information and compose another blog. Until that time I bid you farewell.
