OK I was actually here on scene after a little while because this was close to home,the explosion scared the crap out of my 10-year-old miniature Dachshund. The area of Martins Dam Swim Club -members only-I will say that the traffic in the area was snarled up for a good while ago but I want to thank PECO for the rapid repair of services.
