Sitting in the kitchen, watching YouTube, and knitting, I can’t help but feel a sense of excitement for the better days that are ahead. As the last month of the year unfolds, I’m in a rebuilding phase of my life, and it’s invigorating to embrace this newfound freedom now that I’m single. I know there’s a lot to do—like organizing my inventory and updating my YarnBuddy—but I’m looking forward to devoting a day to tackle the basement and get things in order.

Life is definitely on the upswing as I type this, especially with all the inspiring YouTube and TikTok videos I’ve been watching. I’m aware that the TikTok universe might face some changes with the new president in office, but I’m optimistic about my plans for staying social, no matter what.

And while I’m holding off on giving my phone number out to anyone—given the unnecessary drama I just escaped—I’m excited about the knitting projects I’ll dive into with my stash. Plus, I have quality yarn incoming since I can’t resist a great deal or sale! The future feels bright, and I can’t wait to see what’s next.
