Hello everybody. I want to share my mental health journey with you. Finding peace has been a significant challenge amid the chaos, which finally ended at the close of 2024. I endured a narcissistic, abusive relationship, but I am grateful I freed myself from it. I was blessed with a second chance from God to reconnect with my first loveโone of the greatest gifts I have received in a long time. In 2025, I moved out of my upstairs bedroom and now live in the basement apartment my late father designed. Itโs a vintage space from the 1960s-70s, which I love because itโs old school with a personal touchโwood paneling, a janky ceiling and lights we plan to fix, orange carpet, and a vintage television vibe.
I wonโt be making many updates beyond cosmetic fixes. In 2026, I am fully committed to prioritizing my mental health. I am reigniting my career as a product review influencer and doing things on my own termsโwithout fear. I will work with apparel companies that support mental health and well-being causes. Since losing my dad to lung cancer in 2008, Iโve learned a great deal about mental health and neurology. I may not be a medical expert, but Iโve gained invaluable knowledge from watching Discovery Health, COPS, and other showsโmy go-to sources since I was 11. Iโve developed the ability to detect strokes and identify gallbladder issues, among other things. Self-diagnosis has helped me stay on the right path. I am also thankful now to have a physician after two years without one. Though Iโm not a police officer or firefighter, Iโve absorbed knowledge from family members who served in the military, police, and fire departments. January has been hectic, but weโre doing well. I have a new wardrobe on the way, featuring a mix-and-match of colors I intentionally chose so you can see my valid preferences and honest reviews across social mediaโwhether itโs crafting materials, mental health apparel, or experiences. Iโm committed to honesty, whether you like it or not. I also share political opinions occasionally, mainly relating to law enforcement and firefighting, because I grew up respecting government and first responders. With family ties to September 11, I am fiercely protective of my loved ones. As I write this, I feel emotional because I love my family deeply.
