#BrainDump_April28

Hello and welcome! I’m sitting here in my apartment, knitting and sipping on a refresher, tuning into public safety radio. While doing all that, I just had to share my frustration—this time, it’s not about me but about Jimmy Kimmel. It’s about politics, about shitty people, and honestly, I don’t know what else to say except that I need to vent. Jimmy Kimmel, in my opinion, is a jackass. Right now, President Trump is the best of the best. Has anyone listened to Billy Joel’s song “We Didn’t Start the Fire”? Sure, it’s an old song, but its lyrics hit the nail on the head about the current political chaos—whether it was 30 years ago or today. It’s painfully clear that recurring problems plague our nation and the world. There are people who want to change America’s way of life, and that’s simply unacceptable. If you choose to move to America from your homeland, you need to adapt to our way of life—not try to force us to conform to yours. If you truly want a new way of life, start fresh, instead of bringing your old country here and trying to overhaul ours. We’re happy with the American way of life. If we wanted to live in Afghanistan, Iraq, or Iran, we would have moved there voluntarily. So, keep your country’s customs in your homeland and stop trying to impose your beliefs on us. America is a Christian country, and that’s how it should stay. Also, I’m incredibly grateful I traveled to Europe over 30 years ago, before political chaos took center stage. I cherish those travels and the peace that came with them. I hope you get the day you deserve—because some of you don’t truly deserve happiness. There are people out there who take pleasure in turning others’ lives into nightmares, and it’s time we speak out.
