Exploring Neurodiversity and Personal Experiences
Today has been quite productive, as I’ve engaged in knitting while watching informative YouTube videos. This morning, I had the opportunity to run errands with my boss, including grocery shopping, which provided a refreshing change from my usual routine. Additionally, I have some Amazon packages scheduled for delivery this evening, featuring a cozy blanket and a second pair of JLab Pro Sport earbuds. My previous earbuds performed well but had difficulty staying in place during active use.
On a different note, there has been considerable drama circulating on TikTok recently, which can be discouraging for content creators. While live broadcasting is a feature I value, I often find it challenging to maintain a consistent viewer base. To address this, I have been uploading my live sessions to YouTube, as I believe this platform allows for better archiving and sharing of my content. I am particularly passionate about discussing critical topics such as mental health and neurological disorders, which often receive insufficient attention.
I have been actively exploring various social media platforms and plan to share more of my insights through YouTube and my own website. This approach enables me to express my thoughts more openly without the constraints associated with content moderation. Currently, I am watching a video about John Ritter, an actor I admired who tragically passed away in 2003 due to an aortic dissection. His case raises important questions about medical negligence, which resonates with my own experiences regarding my father’s misdiagnosis of lung cancer as heart issues.
Reflecting on family dynamics, I find it noteworthy that my stepfather, who has been a significant figure in my life from age 7, to age 30. My biological father, who passed away in 2023 was not a happy camper about the change of name and I didnβt care about that. I didnβt care that he was not happy. Because he was not the father of the year. Despite the lack of legal adoption, my stepfather has played a crucial fatherly role in my life, and I legally changed my name at 18 to honor that relationship.
With many thoughts swirling in my mind, I created this website to express myself and share valuable insights. I may choose to delay further discussion about my biological father’s situation, as revisiting those memories can be emotionally challenging. However, I intend to address issues surrounding narcissistic and manipulative individuals in the future.
Moreover, I am eager to expand my knowledge about Touretteβs syndrome and autism. While these conditions are distinct, they share many similarities, and I aim to deepen my understanding of neurodiversity and neurological disorders. These topics are often misrepresented, particularly concerning misconceptions about their causes, such as diet or vaccines.
In the coming days, I will focus on researching neurological disorders and the underlying functions of the brain, especially the mechanisms that lead to misfiring. It is essential to understand that neurological disorders are often inherent conditions, as this knowledge is vital for disseminating accurate information and fostering a supportive community.
