Greetings from a rainy Philadelphia! I’m working on my Sasquatch mini blanket and doing something new: I’m separating the yarn into different colorways. Instead of the usual stripes, I’ve organized all the oranges, greens, and yellows into cohesive sections. It’s been a great exercise in creativity.
Last night, I enjoyed a deep sleep after an unusual situation unfolded here—nothing to worry about, just a break from the norm. Today, I’m relaxing with my trusty copilot and diving into some educational YouTube content. I’ve already contacted the sellers about missing patches for my collection; one has granted me a refund, and I’m waiting on the other two. I suspect eBay might need to intervene if they continue to drag their feet.
I’m eagerly anticipating June for several reasons, particularly because I’ll finally be getting my Grammarly subscription. I’ve held off for a couple of months, but now I’m ready to invest. Additionally, I’m considering getting another corkboard for my patch collection since I’m running out of space on the first one.
As for my personal life, yes, I’m single, and I’m thriving. I have some friends I’m chatting with, but nothing serious, and I’m perfectly okay with that. After my relationship ended in November 2024, I’ve learned to be more cautious with my trust. Embracing this time alone has allowed me to grow, and I’m content being my own company.
