Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, friends and foes – I am sitting on the couch in the doggie den with the dog, watching oxygen, true crime, because what’s better than oxygen, true crime, and Coffee along with a snoring Chihuahua? Almost nothing except time with my life partner who means the world to me. Today is a day of reflection after yesterday and eating too much junk food, I decided it’s time to pay the piper and lose some weight – yes I’m under 200 pounds but I want to be a little less than I am now. The reason I titled this Matty Mattered is because I want to highlight people like myself and Matthew Perry etc. who have or who had mental health problems at one time or another thought they were not good enough for one reason or another – everybody’s life matters everybody has feelings everybody struggles one time or another in their life and if they tell you they don’t, they’re lying big time I would not have thought that I had mental health issues until I lost my dad and I never would’ve thought I was going to find my soulmate until I did. I may not be out spoken about all of the television shows I love and which actors and actresses I love. I also don’t speak out that much on all the music and sports that I follow whether I own any memorabilia or not I have a wide array of interests and likes. I remember that Matthew said that he wanted to be remembered for more than just the television shows, more than what is in mainstream media he wants to be remembered as someone who was helpful to others whether it be with their mental health and or addictions struggles. I have the book I’m going to read it and I’m going to keep his memory alive by reminding people That there was more to him than just a television show or a character.
