Daily Thought Update

Hello and welcome to this follow-up post. Earlier today, I attempted to upload my link to Substack but ended up making a post instead. Let’s just say it wasn’t as detailed or professional as I intended, so I’m here to sort that out. As I sit in my apartment, watching YouTube videos and knitting, I’ve made the conscious decision to cut back on my time spent on Meta platforms due to some uncomfortable experiences.

Overall, life is moving along, though I’m dealing with allergies and congestion that could potentially be a sinus infection, given the symptoms I’ve been experiencing. I know it’s a bit TMI, but it’s part of the reality I’m facing. I’ve been tackling this issue for several days now; the Advil just arrived the day before yesterday. I also picked up an Advil arthritis and joint pain relief roller, which I’m eager to use when needed. Additionally, I need to locate my cinnamon capsules. I consistently take turmeric capsules daily, as they really help reduce inflammation.

While I prefer to approach things naturally with turmeric and cinnamon, I trust Advil because I’ve used it for years, which is why I choose that product. Earlier this monthβ€”yes, we’re only on the ninthβ€”I was also cleaning my apartment and filtering out some of my winter wardrobe. Just last night, I tried sleeping with a Squishmallow to improve my breathing position, and it worked wonders. I’m excited about that!

This morning, I added two more patches to my collection on the wall. I’m on the lookout for a few specific sheriff’s department patches for Pennsylvania. If I find ones I like within my local jurisdictions, I will definitely get them. While collecting county patches for various jurisdictions could be an interesting endeavor, I know it’s not practical for me since I don’t have much knowledge about them.

Right now, I’m embracing my identity as a virtual traveler because traveling in real life doesn’t appeal to me at the moment. I feel fortunate to have had the chance to travel when I was younger.
