#CurrentEventsAndMyBrain

Hello, and welcome to my reflections on various topics within the current news cycle. I want to clarify that I am concerned about the current situation involving Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance. The likelihood of her being alive is not very good, given that we are well past the 48-hour mark. I am increasingly frustrated with the media coverage. It’s disheartening that we don’t give the same attention to other missing persons casesβ€”cases that deserve our dignity, respect, and spotlight just as much. Every missing individual, whether a child or an adult, should be reported missing from the start, especially in this digital age. Reporting a case early can make all the differenceβ€”it’s better to assume someone is safe until proven otherwise.

Regarding James Vanderbeek and the fundraiser, I understand the intention behind it. While I personally may not support or contribute to it, I truly appreciate celebrities who donate out of kindness. We shouldn’t expect their fanbases to donate, though it’s generous if they do. The high cost of cancer treatments is a serious concern; no one should have to drain their finances for necessary care. Healthcare should be more affordable and accessible for everyone. And yes, insurance systems should be more understanding and accepting of various treatments.

Reflecting on the recent loss of celebrities, I feel overwhelmed and sad. Some deaths, in the past and present, remain puzzlingβ€”many are ruled as suicides without clear explanations, and some are now being reconsidered as possible homicides. As for Nancy Guthrie, I believe her disappearance was a planned attack. I do not think she is alive, but I do think her connection to her daughters, Savannah and Annie, might be involved, which is very concerning. I also feel frustrated with the slow pace of police and government investigations. It seems more could be done, and I suspect they know more than they’re sharing.

Finally, I understand why neighbors are curious and concerned. The act of leaving flowers is heartfeltβ€”it symbolizes love, compassion, and the hope for her safe return. The color yellow especially represents kindness and mourning. I hope that we continue to show empathy and support for Nancy Guthrie and her family during this difficult time.
