Good morning. Today, I engaged in multitasking—simultaneously working on TikTok and knitting, creating a captivating combination of activities. I have experienced some inspiring interactions on the platform—moments of upliftment as well as challenges. Currently, I am prioritizing my mental health for 2026 to mitigate unnecessary stress. I genuinely enjoy engaging with my audience on TikTok and shopping there as well. Nevertheless, I have clearly stated that I will not share my personal life stories with everyone, particularly not with strangers such as Sally or Jon. I exercise caution in trusting others easily and do not disclose everything immediately. Journaling serves as my method for processing thoughts and emotions—documenting my life enhances my understanding, and I retain full control over what I share online. This is why I appreciate coming here.
Regarding Sally and John, I like them, but I dislike when people become overly curious to the point of discomfort. There was an instance where Sally apparently included me from her circle of friends—at least, that was my perception—and I have since moved on, revoking her access to me. There are also many individuals named John who believe it is their duty to interact with others, regardless of where they reside. I do not permit strangers to interact with me online. I occasionally go live with a select few, but if I do not know you from any other platform, I will not engage; I will cease communication, block, and cease interaction. I am planning to implement similar measures with Sally’s acquaintances, as I do not appreciate being told how to live my life or being solicited to go live together. I have traveled virtually from my couch across many locations, which I enjoy immensely. Although I have visited various places in real life, financial constraints prevent me from returning. Over the years, I have had the privilege of calling different locations home, where I feel comfortable. Currently, I find myself most at ease in my home country of the United States of America. I am aware that some individuals are leaving the U.S. due to dissatisfaction with the current administration; however, it is important to remember that every four to eight years, a new president is elected, and the presidency is not a monarchy. The United States has not been a monarchy since 1776, when my eighth-generation grandfather, among many others, signed the Declaration of Independence, breaking free from European rule.
There are many voices suggesting we should revert to European governance, or that regions such as Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico should rejoin Mexico. However, we are the United States of America, and we have leaders—some of whom I believe are unsuitable—who do not reflect the core values of our nation. I am concerned about the influence of certain foreign democratic leaders over Europe and am grateful that such issues are not prevalent here. When considering figures like President Joe Biden and President Barack Obama, one might view their eras as characterized by authoritarian tendencies. The Biden-Obama years saw open borders, rampant crime, and restrictive laws. I prefer to live in a country that does not accommodate such policies.
America is beautiful because it is enriched by immigrants who have followed the proper channels to citizenship. I am also mindful of commercial entities I once admired but now view with less favor due to their political stance—particularly those that promote slogans such as ‘Illegals make America great.’ I support only those undocumented immigrants who have gone through the lawful process and made sound decisions. I recognize that many individuals reside in this country without proper documentation and may disregard the country’s laws or way of life. I believe that newcomers who celebrate their homeland while living in America should embrace our values and integrate accordingly.
Reflecting on my upbringing, I acknowledge that I grew up in a time with limited internet access and no cell phones until I was 21. As an adult navigating life as a neurodivergent introvert who values solitude and flexibility—being able to switch environments at will—I appreciate modern technology, though I sometimes wish there was less internet. Nonetheless, I am grateful for it, provided it is monitored to protect children. Certain age restrictions need to be enforced in America to safeguard minors.
This morning, I saw a TikTok claiming falsely that you can drink and drive in the U.S. Virgin Islands. To clarify, you cannot drink and drive anywhere in the mainland United States or its territories, although having alcohol in the vehicle is permissible, as in New Orleans, Louisiana. Please be aware of and adhere to the laws; such misconceptions should be dismissed.
